For being in a high traffic area, we could not hear anything from outside. The luggage lift to get our very heavy bags up to the third floor was brilliant. And the staff was extremely prepared to help us navigate checkin and checkout.

Really nice place with confortable rooms and in great location. I was only here for 1 night as had to come to Palermo due to ETNA erupting.
