Удобное расположение. Прямо в центре. Современный ремонт, красивый дизайн, высокие потолки, уютное освещение, есть все необходимое. Кухня, кухонные принадлежности, утюг, фен, гладильная доска, чайник, кофемашина.

Было немного прохладно и сыровато, а возможности обогрева мы не нашли.

Very nice and comfortable appartment

An ideal location if you are attending a concert at the Gors concert hall. The apartment is cosy and very tastefully furnished. It has everything necessary for a longer stay. The apartment is located on the ground floor, but the blinds can also be lowered from the top. The hosts send location directions before arrival.

Since we stayed in the apartment in May and the heating had already been turned off, it was difficult to dry the towels. If the stay is planned for longer than a couple of nights, this could become a problem. An electric towel warmer in the bathroom would be an excellent solution.

The apartment was modern, spacious, clean, and ready early for us, which was great. There was a washing machine, ironing board and iron,which we needed to use as we'd limited clothes with us for a 4 week holiday, and had to wash some. This is one reason why we chose this apartment. The apartment door was a triple locked door, as thick as a vault door, which was very secure. However, it was unnerving to have a sign in the entrance advising to close the outer door after 6pm due to unfavourable company in the area.

There were no powder/pods for the washing machine and no drying rack to hang clothes to dry after washing. There was no hand towel in the bathroom, and the shower drain was not big enough for the shower water to drain, causing it to flood into the bathroom. There were no dish drying or hand towels in the kitchen, and no chopping board. Although there was a hob, there was no oven or microwave to actually cook a meal, no good when there for several days. The entrance to the apartment was not an appealing place.
