The apartment was luxurious and had everything we needed for a family of 5, fantastic location, incredible views and excellent response time when contacted re a few minor things.
It was a well worth it 😊

Big apartment, well appointed and very comfortable. Great location and great to have salt and pepper, glad wrap, foil etc for cooking. Heaps of plates, cutlery, and glassware. Will re book again as it worked so well. Close to everything.
Rubbish shute wasn’t working, no big deal.

It is generally a great place to stay, great location, modern and clean building, everyone is friendly, and the apartment is always clean and spacious. I see it as my home from home.
But on this occasion ...the airconditioning unit on the entire floor was not working due to a gas leak in the building. This information was known but not communicated to me. Brisbane is experiencing hot and very humid temperatures and it made the experience very uncomfortable. I felt mislead and let down.
