20/30 min bus journey to centre (bus stop less than 10 min walk away). Really spacious and comfortable rooms and living area. Shops and takeaways literally round the corner. Two bath towels per person, bath towel was very big. Two parking spaces behind a gate.
There was some general wear and tear but nothing too bad. There were no tea towels or oven mitts so had to use the towels. There were no regular glasses, just mugs and a few wine glasses.

Der Service und die Antwortzeit bei Rückfragen. Die Wohnung war frisch renoviert. Neue Küche mit Induktionsherd. Die Pfannen waren nicht für Induktion geeignet. Nach Rückmeldung dieser Situation wurden am selben Tag noch neue Pfannen geliefert. Top Service...
Der Eindruck des Hausen von außen war erst nicht so gut. Von Innen alles tiptop!
Die Wohnung ist auf Anhieb schwer zu finden, da der Eingang recht unscheinbar ist. Eine etwas bessere Kennzeichnung am Haus könnte helfen. Oder Fotos bei der Anreise an die Gäste senden.
Parkplätze waren grundsätzlich ausreichend vorhanden und gekennzeichnet, allerdings oft durch andere Autos zugeparkt oder blockiert, Dieses ist aber kein Verschulden des Vermieters.

The location was a little far out of the city centre but the value for money meant it was well worth a little extra for a cab ride. The house was clean and spacious and newly renovated and there was a good amount of storage plus all the useful items you might need including an iron, hairdryers and a washing machine. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. There was plenty of communal space and a table big enough for all the guests to sit around.
There were not quite enough matching glasses for even 5 guests but the rest of the kitchen was well stocked with utensils.
We were not made aware before booking that we would be required to pay an additional £100 deposit for damages as we were only staying for one night, and I was also asked to provide photo ID. It was relatively easy to do though, and the full deposit was refunded within 48 hours.

Spacious and good value for money
Hearing wasn’t working in one of the bedrooms and there seemed to be a smell of damp in there.
The deposit required was a surprise and wasn’t clear on booking.
I wasn’t asked for it until after I’d paid which felt a bit unfair.
