The apartment was comfortable, stylish & secure.
Well placed for walking into the city centre.
Only 1 desert spoon provided!
My deposit wasn't refunded within the time frame the agent said it would be. I had to email to remind them.

Spacious and clean great spot to explore Birmingham from.
It definitely only sleeps 5, so luckily didn’t bring another person! Corresponding before hand lacked personal touch and not very helpful. Had to pay £75 deposit. One night very noisy outside until 2 am

Location perfect and although we didn’t use it was great to have the parking option. Nice to have tea and coffee provided.
Sadly small very fixable issues let our stay down. The apartment apparently sleeps 6, lounge seating is suitable for 3, we were 4 and only 3 wine glasses, and 3 non matching glasses with some plastic ones thrown on! . Both showers needed attention as had been ‘fixed’ with cable ties, light in one of the showers not working, towel rail about to part company with the wall. The tap in the main bathroom is incredibly stiff to operate. The bedding was clean but the pillows seriously need replacing.
