Reserved parking was tight. Mattress for "me" was a little too firm. Neighborhood sketchy but I liked the fact the neighborhood and surrounding area were getting a new look. No oven pans available

The apartment was spacious, it was new, so lovely to have a kitchen. It definitely felt like this was a new rental and the furniture was new. The parking was easy to find even at night in the dark.
The walls were really thin, we could hear conversations outside clearly, everytime someone entered the building or even flushed the toilet upstairs. The fire alarm went off upstairs and it took HOURS for management to come turn it off, which also enlightened us that the phone number we were given to call with issues went straight to voicemail.
