- Host Since we stayed 11 nights, communication was key. We had a few issues during our stay, but the host resolved them quickly. - Location A bit far from major landmarks like Brandenburger Tor, Mitte, or Berghain, but it's only a 3 mins walk to the U-Bahn. Located in a quiet, non-touristy residential area. - Room We stayed in two room types: 1. Room with bathroom: 1 queen bed + 1 sofa bed. A bit too cramped for 3 people. 2. 2-Bedroom with private external bathroom: Received separate keys for bedrooms and our designated bathroom. (Doors and bathrooms are labeled with German names) - Facilities Kitchen was well-equipped as listed. The large fridge was plenty for everyone.

The apartment is located in the Wilmersdorf area, in a quite convenient location and close to the nearby metro station of Konstanzer Strasse (U7). The building is an old one but the owner has taken good care in selecting new and rationale furniture and the spaces are exceptionally wide. We were there in September so there was no need of heating but temperature was perfect, rooms were clean and our stay was very good. There was no service but we have been there only one week (Monday to Saturday) and therefore there was actually no need

We believe that the announcement on Booking may be a bit misleading because it says "whole apartment" while we actually had two rooms in a whole apartment, where there were other rooms with other guests, and the corridor, dining area and sitting area were shared. The bathroom however was only for us, with the note that some other guests had a problem during their stay and therefore we had to open our bathroom to them, but the owner has contacted us personally with much kindness and have provided additional cleaning service. The real problem that we had was with the NUKKI code to open the main door of the apartment, which has not been working during the last two days, but hopefully this has been fixed. In general we had a very good stay.

Stara powojenna kamienica, ma swój urok. Jest winda więcej to naprawdę duży plus.

Wspólna kuchnia, z samego rana ktoś chodził po kuchni robiąc sobie śniadanie i kawę, było to dosyć niekomfortowe…

Fijne accommodatie alleen een wc/ badkamer is zonder ventilatie. Niet verstandig .

Kamers met eigen aparte badkamer en gezamenlijke keuken. Dat moet duidelijk zijn op de beschrijving.
