My King Suite was much nicer and cleaner than the double Queen Suite that I stayed in last week.
The desk lighting could be better.

I stay here for business and I love the full kitchen option.
My double queen suite was less than optimal. Hadn’t been vacuumed, kitchen plugs didn’t work, desk lamp didn’t work and the pillows were terrible. I must have received the worst suite in the bldg.

Really nice area love being around the corner of a new new shopping area of restaurants and stores will stay again

Breakfast was great, great servers-friendly and efficient. Location was just what we needed. Front desk personnel were always willing to help. Manager was agreeable to provide some relief due to problems mentioned below.
Noticed longstanding problems with our first room. Door to bath was very difficult to close/open. Not well painted. Hinge was loose. I dropped a Spanish peanut on the floor and ants immediately swarmed. Front desk was quick to provide a new room however was less quality than our original room. Manager offered us points, a small rebate, etc. It was an inconvenience but not a major disaster. Again...problems were long-standing in my opinion.
