Chelsea's apartment was perfect for our stay and surprisingly spacious. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We visited New York City over the Fourth of July during the hottest weather of the season, and the apartment remained comfortable throughout our stay. The two window A/C units kept the space cool, especially at night, making it easy to sleep. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the High Line, Chelsea Market, and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore the neighborhood. It was wonderful to have much more room than a typical hotel, and the apartment could comfortably accommodate up to five adults.Ashley provided clear check-in instructions, and communication was excellent. She was responsive and helpful.

When we arrived the apartment was 55 degrees and it was 30 degree outside. It was late and we were tired and it took over an hour to warm up to where we could even sleep. There was 1 washcloth for 4 guests. Other than that it was clean and a nice stay.
