This property is within view of Wrigley Field. For the price, in the middle of the summer it was reasonably priced. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun, local places to eat. The Addison Red Line stop is a 5 minute walk from the location.
Two key observations to share. First, you will not talk to an actual person when you visit. All communications are handled through text message. If that is your jam then this is the place for you. Second, if you stay in a single room, the bathroom is shared. We ran into no problems with this arrangement. Just leave some extra time in your morning.

My mom and I stayed 1 night in the bunk bed room. We were so impressed with the location. You can see Wrigley Field from the back deck so if you're there for a game it's a perfect place to stay because it's less than a block from the field. The cleaning lady was very helpful and even though we had a language barrier she called a friend who help us communicate. We have always stayed in a hotel but decided to try something new. It was worth it and the price for the location is crazy cheap. Also there's a huge selection of restaurants right around the corner from fast food to upscale. The rooms are small but the neighborhood and location make it perfect.
