A very spacious and newly renovated house. The heated pool is simply amazing, just like all the facilities in the house. Everything you need is in the house, including the first amenities. The location of the house is perfect to explore Orlando and surroundings! We will be back :)

Nothing, all was perfect!

A real Home from Home, beautifully presented with everything that we needed. The gated community was very friendly and very safe. The host responded to questions quickly and although we never met, I know that if we had a problem, they were always there.

There was absolutely nothing to not like about the property. The only thing that could’ve improved our arrival, was a care package - just enough coffee, creamer, chips or cookies to have a drink if you’re late in. We flew into Miami then had a five hour drive in bad traffic, so we didn’t get to the house until 11 pm. It would’ve been nice to have a coffee.

The location, the size of the villa, the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner David, the easy access to the complex, 'Quiet time' (10pm to 6am) strictly adhered to by neighbours, the cleanliness, a good TV in each room (apart from kitchen and bathroom), good wireless Internet speeds parking for two large SUV's on the drive, the general feeling of peace and security in the complex. I could go on more but suffice to say that any future guests will be, as we've been for the last three weeks here, exttemely pleased with their choice.

Very little actually. The reliance on boiling water for hot drinks via a pan or kettle on the oven hob was troublesome but remedied by buying an electric kettle from Walmart - which we've left for future guests. That's all we didn't like. Minimal.

I liked the size of the house and the facilities on site. It was very clean and comfortable. The facilities like the big pool and the games around it were great.

My main issue is the half-truths/omissions in the listing. 1.) There's no mention of needing to pay $25 per car for a gate key card. Not a deposit. You don't get that back despite returning the card. This should be in the listing. 2.) The listing says 'heated pool' and I'm 85% sure there is no heating in the pool at the house. The owner told me it had broken that week (conveniently the day my payment was made), but there was absolutely no evidence of it being heated - no switches or instructions on how to work it anywhere. Not in the fuse box....pretty sure it was a flat out lie and they can say they meant the pool in the main club is heated. But I don't know. 3.) The listing says 'toiletries included.' This was completely false. There was one small hand soap in the bathrooms and that's it. No shampoo or conditioner or anything else. 4.) Very minimal supplies. Not enough toilet paper, dish soap, no coffee or tea or even salt or pepper. We had to buy everything m
