My room was large, with a huge walk in closet, so all my bags could be put away and not kept in the bedroom area. Large bathroom.
Very clean.
Access to kitchen facilities.
Quiet area, close to my purpose in Melbourne. Travelling by myself, I felt very safe.

Clean and I felt safe, nice people in the home to have a conversation and a laugh
Parking only because I’m used to having a driveway but otherwise good
