Good location and car park was two min walk. Place was nice and suitable for our needs in off season

Whilst made aware on the day, shower fittings were off so couldn’t change temperature of the water and was hot. Be worth making clear where the entrance to the apartment is, appreciate could be common sense but google maps doesn’t view it the same way.

The property is ideally located with a 10 minute walk to the bus and train station . We came by train with the main purpose to visit The Eden Project and the Lost gardens of Heligan, which are short bus rides. Charlestown and Mevagissey are worth a visit. St Austell is a little uninspiring , but there are many takeaways and local amenities for self catering. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. It was clean , warm and cosy. The bed main bed in the loft space was comfortable, but the spiral stairs may pose a challenge if you have mobility issues. I would say that The Loft is only really suitable for a couple. The Sofa bed in the kitchen/ diner would not provide a comfortable night sleep for an adult. Communication with the host was excellent with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and any other issues you may have. After a 6 hour train journey, fresh milk in the fridge to make a hot drink on arrival was much appreciated.

I’m not one for nitpicking so on the whole there was nothing of significance to complain about in terms of the facilities provided by the host. However the location of the apartment on the top floor of a multi occupational building with no visible and obvious fire escape route was a matter of some concern.

Location in relation to my work office. I could walk to work. Good amenities and equipment within the apartment. A full size ironing board would have been a good addition to equipment.

Shower wasn’t hot or powerful enough. WiFi was weak and glitchy for TV streaming. Lights were out or didn’t work due to broken light switch

Reasonably well equipped kitchen area, Car parking nearby. Central location Living area comfy and well equipped. Nice bathroom - large shower

Couldn't find property - had to ring host for directions. Advice about which 2 shops the access door is located would have been useful on the printed confirmation details. Spiral staircase to access mezzanine bedroom very skinny and would not suit a large person As bedroom is in the attic the blinds are difficult to adjust to keep daylight out in the morning. We used ladder to access blinds on one side but can't imagine others attempting this. Discovered 1 pair of eye pads in drawer but not 2 (its a double) so we can't be the first people to discover this. Property is on the top floor and consequently up a number of stairs (no lift). Some homeless people hanging around the shopping centre where access door is. Reported wobbly tap in kitchen.
