The location is close to all the train lines you would need to explore both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Also we walked the Brooklyn bridge and took a NYC ferry to get good views of the Statue of Liberty, all in one morning. We walked back to the hotel afterwards easily. Such a great location!

Great location near Fulton Center train hub and financial district.
Direct train from/to JFK, and to any place in Manhattan.
Brooklyn bridge, WTC, ground zero, wall street and battery park are minutes walking away.
Clean, neat and tidy apartment, exactly like in the pictures.
Big apartments - great for families.
Very kind staff members who helped with anything.
Various restaurants and cafe are everywhere around.
Best value for money for a big apartment in Manhattan.

Location
Shower issues, water leaking, loud noises not be able to sleep, every time we showered the bathroom would flood, the issue with trash and that we would have to do the chores ourselves, none of this matches the price.
