This modern and chic corner townhome is a perfect destination any time of the year! You will be just a short distance to Boulder Lake access (Boulder Lake summer amenities included) and Boulder Lake Club pool access.
Conveniently located right next to Boulder Lake (1-minute drive/7-minute walk), 10-minutes H2Oooohh! waterpark, 25-30 minutes from Kalahari, Great Wolf, Mount Airy Casino, and Camel beach and waterpark.
The perfect place for a peaceful family getaway in the Poconos. Our home is located in Lake Harmony within the Boulder Lake Community. The home has modern furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and a private deck. The deck is furnished with comfortable seating, lighting, and a propane grill (gas included) making it the perfect place to unwind at night. Or take a load off and soak in the master bathroom’s jacuzzi tub! The home has high speed internet, smart TV's in every room, central air/heat, games, a wood burning fireplace and more. We provide linens, towels, a starter kit of kitchen and bathroom paper products, and basic toiletries! For the summer months you can't get any closer to Boulder Lake! The lake is only a short 7 minute (0.3miles) walk away. Amenity passes for Boulder Lake Club are included/free for summer amenities. Boulder Lake Club amenities include; an outdoor lakeside heated pool, kiddie pool, large maintained private community beach, a variety of recreational activities including tennis, volleyball, cornhole, ladderball, bocce ball and ping pong, boat, kayak and watersport equipment available for rent.
The home comes with 2 parking spots and a private walk to the door. Additional spots are available upon request.

>Bathroom with jetted jacuzzi tub & glass shower.
>King bedroom with private access to the bathroom.
2nd Floor:
>>Queen bedroom
>>Bathroom with shower/tub combo
>>Bunk room-twin over queen bunk bed with twin trundle underneath.
>>Kid's cove-small cubby room with children's toys and board games for the whole family.
We are pet friendly and accept one dog 25lbs or less with a $35 pet fee.
There are two designated parking spaces at the end the home's walkway. There are two passes provided as well for the nearby overflow parking lot.
We are always available to address anything that may come up, even if you're just looking for places to eat or fun things to do. Message us on Airbnb or call our guest services number provided in the welcome instructions & book.

This is the perfect place in the perfect location to be in the mountains, but have all your modern amenities like central air, very nice outdoor seating, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable bedding. This is a very nice place and we’d love to return.

This well-equipped home was perfect for our family of 5 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The free passes to Boulder Lake Club made for enjoyable afternoons at the lake. The host provided all the essentials, including linens, towels, and cleaning supplies to name a few. Would certainly stay again and recommend.
