Welcome to your mid-century retreat in Crescent City, a unique unit just three blocks from multiple stunning beaches and a quick five-minute walk to SeaQuake Brewery. The brand new, high efficiency mini split system makes it easy to heat and cool whatever zone of the home you’re in.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort, while the dedicated laundry room and garage offer added convenience during your stay. You are welcome to use the entire space. There is only one cabinet that is for host supplies in the house. We have a toddler, so we have plenty of toddler toys as well as food dishes etc. for kids to use during your stay.

The yard is fully fenced. You will have access to a garage door opener, only one car fits in the garage and there is a $150 charge for losing the remote during your stay.
Other things to note
This house is retro: there is a low voltage electrical system that takes a tad bit of getting used to, but everything is clearly labeled and easy to use.

We have a mini split system in each wing of the house for zone-specific heating and cooling needs.

We are going to be doing a full renovation of the kitchen and bathroom, as well as an addition in the very near future, but feel that the house, though retro, is fully functional and well-equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation!
