Lovely chalet - comfortable large living space
My biggest issue with this property and reason for marking it down related to the misleading and somewhat dishonest marketing. The pictures and information given when we booked implied that we could practically walk out onto the ski slopes or onto town when in fact it is almost impossible to be further from the lifts and still be in kitzbuhel (it is a 15min walk to the lifts). There was also no mention of the train track that passes adjacent to the property. To be honest the noise wasn’t a significant issue (the trains are fairly quiet) but might be a factor if you have kids..
