What a beautiful place! All four bedrooms are decorated with so much love and attention to detail. The air conditioning works perfectly, the lighting system is fantastic and easy to use, and every bedroom can be almost completely darkened. The pool is wonderful, with lovely shade from around 3 pm – perfect for relaxing! Even pool towels are provided! There's also a pool table and a fun karaoke system with two great microphones. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing a delicious breakfast, and having a washing machine and dryer that worked perfectly was incredibly helpful! The location couldn't be better: just 5 minutes’ walk to Market Village and the beach, 7 minutes to Bluport Mall, with cafés and 7-Eleven nearby. Despite being only 50 metres from the main road and right next to Bangkok Hospital, the property is incredibly peaceful and quiet. Everything is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable – we slept wonderfully! The owner and housekeeping team are exceptionally kind, attentive and always available via WhatsApp. Even when an issue arose, the owner handled everything with genuine care and generosity. An absolutely wonderful stay with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended ❤️

Dreaming of a three-star menu? Fair warning: the kitchen has exactly one wok. It does come with a well-chilled fridge, a toaster and a kettle, though. But honestly, with street food this good around the corner, who cooks in Thailand anyway?

Great Vila in Hua Hin that can accomodate large grops of people. We stayed with 9 and each couple had their own small vila, if you are with a larger group you will have to share and then it might become a bit on the small side. Facilities were great, pool got cleaned every other day, pooltable was great and overall the place was very pleasant.

We stayed for 5 nights (with a small kid) and so the central room floor got quite dirty. It would have been nice if either a vacum would have been provided, or someone would have done a small cleaning halfway our stay.
