This place is peaceful and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Located in the most amazing area. It is quiet and has parking. Love that there was a dish washer and washing machine.
Maybe add some day to day items like salt and pepper. Maybe coffee and tea. The body and hand wash had a funny smell but that’s preference I guess. This might be stretching it but some washing detergent would be great.

Location, security and the amenities.
Shower door handle was a bit of an inconvenience. It broke and couldn't be fixed till after our stay.

Well, the property has a lot of amenities, and it's close to Ballito Junction, which is awesome. The team is also very responsive, so whenever we need codes for our entrance/exist they provide them. The place is definitely great and better than the pictures.
The directions were really difficult to follow. Spent 30 minutes just trying to locate our building and find the lockbox for our keys. Then we called, and they helped us get to our keys. I think having much clearer instructions would've made this experience easier.

It was closed to the mall and other shops and that made our stay easy .
We didn’t find tissue in our apartment . We had to call and we received it the next day
