This is a great apartment, thoughtfully designed and equipped to a high standard.
We were fortunate in finding free parking outside the door each time we needed it which was a bonus!

Alles was schoon.

The roof top terrace offered view across to St Malo, and the view from the living room balcony was equally good. Walking distance to town centre, beach and ferries. Beautifully decorated and very modern.
Fortunately I was sightseeing most of the day, but there are serious earthworks happening just below the bathroom window and bedroom wall. Jack hammering from 9:30am to 4:00pm. Bring noise cancelling headphones if you plan a day time nap. There are metal and stone stairs to negotiate, so you must have mobility and be prepared to transverse part of a building site to get into the unit. Mud, dust and a musty smell permeates. I have highlighted that the sink leaks with the maintenance team.
