It is a ground floor apartment in a great location and it was very easy to communicate with the host. The apartment looks a bit old (for example the windows are old and not very good) but it is well equipped, comfortable for a short stay and easy to access. There was occasionally noise coming from outside (it's not very soundproof) but it was good value for money and I will stay again if I need a short stay in Athens.

ubicación excelente y cumple para las necesidades si te quedas pocos días, el wifi va muy bien. Relación calidad-precio está bien
mejoraría la limpieza

The property owner reached out via WhatsApp before noon regarding my arrival, sending a photo of the apartment entrance along with instructions/a code to pick up the key myself, as well as the Wi-Fi code. It’s a small apartment, but it has everything needed for a short stay. The air conditioning is excellent, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The bathroom and shower are well-equipped, and there is a high-quality small refrigerator
There is an issue with locking and unlocking the door, which I’ve messaged the host about. It’s manageable, but it’s difficult and frustrating
