Great location! The staff was phenomenal. Very clean.

Hallway had a weird scent

Biggest highlight is the possibility to use the roof top pool & bar of the other vibra hotel next to it. In the evenings even with live DJs, you can observe a fantastic sunset there. The personnel is very nice and helpful, the rooms are very good and clean. The cleaning ladies are very thorough. Breakfast was good. The fitness room was absolutely sufficient with a nice view of the ocean in the right spot. Bars and restaurants are close, in good quality. Cafe del Mar (not my favourite) is very close, many more high quality restaurants and bars in the area. To the bus terminal it's a 10-15 minute walk, buses go to all the important locations day and night.

Sometimes too much traffic in the breakfast room and not enough personnel. The additionally offered pancakes, omelettes etc. are sometimes hidden and you have to ask. It's just a very minor inconvenience. There are not a lot of sand beaches nearby, but you can go to the pool instead or to the rocky beaches.

Beautiful hotel, staff really helpful. Super clean rooms, great location.

Property is in a very good location right behind Mambos and Cafe Del Mar

Some of the staff on reception were unhelpful, if we needed taxi’s to go to events one of the staff members refused to even attempt at a booking and told us to walk to the taxi rank in San Antonio on a number of occasions - other staff members would book you a taxi no problem.
