The apartment is well-appointed and the appliances are either new or nearly new. The apartment was clean and there were plenty of bed pilllows and towels. We did not need to bring anything.
There is something weird about the gate combination lock. Sometimes the buttons work well, with a distinctive "click". Other times (nights, maybe?), they are soft and unresponsive, so you cannot enter the grounds. We had to use the garage to enter. We were not the only people to encounter this.

Location was close to downtown. Nice town homes. Easy to get to. Nice dining area. Loved having a place to eat dinner that I didn't have to climb into.
Place has 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath. Railing to 3rd floor has started to come loose. Bed frame in 2 bedroom upstairs is broken. The neighbors randomly setting off fireworks at night

We enjoyed the space between rooms and the ability to spread out. It was very nice to have basic items like the coffee pot, skillets, salt and pepper, and extra linens.
We were a group of 8 and there wasn’t enough table service. There wasn’t enough plates, silverware, or cups.
