Clean room, nice mattress, staff
Breakfast choices, fire alarm went off and evacuated everyone, at least 3 fire trucks arrived and put a ladder to the roof, but no information was given to us about the cause. Word of mouth by people said it was ok to enter, 3 floors were filled with smoke, but ok to enter??? Luckily we were on the 4th floor with no smoke or smell.

Excellent location: close to hospital, JMU stadium, Starbucks, 7 Eleven and Neighborhood Walmart nearby. It is fairly new, in good condition. Rooms are serviced weekly, but you can get fresh towels and what you need.
This is designed to be a “no frills” property. It was as expected.

Good location. Clean since newly built.
The sheets did not fit the bed so ended up sleeping on plastic mattress pad each night. Cleaning service did not replace towels (typical flimsy hotel ones) so staff was a bit miffed when we asked to get clean ones on day 2. Bathroom not cleaned in between days and ran out of toilet paper and tissues. Breakfast was disappointing grab and go. Stay was not up to what I paid for overall. I had asked both hotel and Booking.com (phone and email) to extend a night, but never heard back from either.
