Our 2-day stay in Bologna was very pleasant as the apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious, featuring a lift, a good fridge, and a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed an amazing sunrise. The location is highly central, and the communication with the host was excellent. They even let us store our suitcases for free before check-in, which we highly appreciated.

However, the comfort could easily be improved. Instead of proper duvets, bedspreads were used as blankets, and the bed only had two very flat pillows, with no cushions in the living area. Additionally, while the apartment correctly includes a kettle rather than a kitchen, it lacked proper cups or glasses—the four cheap paper cups provided unfortunately leaked. Lastly, ironing equipment was missing. It is a lovely place with great potential that could be perfected with just a few basic upgrades to the amenities and bedding.
