We only stayed briefly, but it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with everything we needed, in a convenient location near the airport. The property was clean, with cafés and shops nearby. We did not see any staff during our stay, but that did not affect us, as communication by message was straightforward. There was some slight confusion over the address, but this was only a minor issue overall. There are also a few narrow steps, which may be worth noting for anyone with mobility issues.

Great facilities, but bring ear plugs for the church bells

Whilst the room itself was lovely, a renovated stone building, the check in was terrible as they gave me the wrong address for my 1am arrival. Standing in a deserted street at 2am trying to calm them after walking around the block to find the place they sent me a photo of was zero fun. Finally managed to wake them on the phone and they organised a taxi to the correct address across town.
Room was nice but bed very saggy and was constantly rained on with stone debris from the ceiling. Which by the way has a skylight, making it very hard to sleep past dawn.
They did give me a late check out which was nice.
