The property was nice but we had to pick up the key and checkin very far from it. We had to go there with our suitcases checkin and then take another taxi to go to the place we were stying. This was expensive and wasted a lot of our time.

Arruinaron nuestro viaje. They really ruined by wife birthday! When we got to the hotel they told us on of their sister hotels, the one we booked, was not available. The other hotel, with no internet and almost impossible to call to main office, was super far from all of the things I had plan for my wife's birthday celebrations. Carrying 4 pieces of luggage and my 3 year old on her stroller on the metro, and pebble sidewalks was not on our plan for our stay in Barcelona. Management was impossible to reach and one of the employees promised a refund which never happened. Horrible all around!.

Clean home with the essentials

Property is very clean but also very sparse. Their was very little response from the office as we notified them of a broken door upon our check in but did not hear back. The apartment could use some decorations as the walls are very bare. Nice stay overall, but I would suggest more pillows and blankets.
