The instructions were clear, it would have been a simple process to get in if we had followed them. Must provide ID details for all guests. When we got there we had missed one out so the pass codes had not been sent. The security manager was very helpful and got us sorted out very calmly and professionally. He was great.
I am not sure how we would have coped if we did not find the security guy, it is all an automated process to get the door and room codes but we missed that part. Maybe a reminder message from booking.com would have helped us to realise we still had some basic photos of ID to send.

Very convenient location. Appreciated especially cleaning service half way through our stay

Le lieu est très spacieux et convient pour de longs séjours
La propreté de certains sols était a revoir, l’etat des peintures également. Pas de shampoing séparé et manque d’un aspirateur.

The location was a 25 minute walk from the train station but a 12 minute walk from Greenwich pier. A lovely walk along the river to the apartment once we got to know the area a little. Great bakery just round the corner.
It would have been nice to have some soap in the bathroom and dish washing liquid in the kitchen, plus a dish cloth.
There was no cafetiere pot for coffee which was a pity. The lamp in the sitting area didn't work.
