The location was great. The host was great. We really enjoyed staying here and will 100% be back x

The fact it says heated pool but you do actually have to pay. I think this should be made more clear in the title. But apart from that the whole experience was brilliant with the host and the property. The kids didn't mind the pool not being heated. But I would recommend turning it on for colder days x

Gorgeous modern property, great amenities for both kids and adults. Brand new villa community with amazing facilities

Unfortunately during our stay there were ants in the property. Both in the kitchen and on furniture upstairs. Which did concern us as we have a toddler. However, very helpful and responsive staff when reaching out to discuss the issue. Also worth noting it was about a 40 min drive to WDW, can be busy with traffic during peak times.

There were a lot of great amenties on and aroun the property and the location was very good

Our experience with this property was disappointing from the start. Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived at 5:30 p.m., the home was still being cleaned, and we were asked to return at 6:00 p.m. This delayed the start of our stay and was inconvenient. I contacted the property management regarding the delay and was initially offered only an additional 30 minutes at checkout as compensation, which I did not feel was appropriate given the circumstances. After expressing my concerns, I was told they would provide a later checkout and activate the heated pool. However, this created additional confusion because the listing gave the impression that the heated pool was included with the rental. I was later informed that pool heating is actually an optional service costing an additional $30 per day. Despite being told we would receive a later checkout, we still received automated checkout instructions requiring us to vacate the property by 10:00 a.m. or risk additional fees. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and delayed check-in made for a frustrating experience. I hope the property management improves its communication and ensures the property is ready at the advertised check-in time for future guests.

It was beautiful and comfortable!

A staff member in the club house’s front desk stole my debit card that I mistakenly left on the desk counter. They tried to use the card after the club house closed.
