we had a horrid boy/man who decided to smoke whilst on speaker phone outside our window then coughed lots / it is v v echoey so noise really travels - v selfish of smokers also who thought nothing of coughing & spluttering outside the window

The location was fab..Jason responded promptly to every message and was always bery helpful and obliging.
I thought there would be breakfast as the brochure in my room stated there was and in some plaves its referred to O Clock bed and breakfast. The room I was in didnt have a window that opened and initially I didnt feel my room was secure. As time went on I began to feel more safe. The lock on the door was also a bit loose.

Great location
Comfortable bed
Sink in bathroom was blocked the whole time.
No sound proofing at all, you can hear everything. I was kept awake all night one night by people talking outside my room.
Kitchen not very clean, I didn’t use it.
