Ein wunderschöner Ort, ein altes Haus mit Charme in einer beeindruckenden Umgebung. Kein Superkomfort, aber alles da, was man braucht. Das Bad ist sehr sehr klein und eng, aber das hat uns nicht gestört.

Minne tahansa katsoi asunnon sisällä ja sieltä ikkunasta ulos ja ulkona taloa ja pihaa, niin kaikki oli kaunista. Nautin todella paljon majoituksesta. Kaiken kauneuden ja tasapainoisen estetiikan lisäksi asunnossa toimi kaikki ja siellä oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Tietysti myös majapaikan sekä koko alueen tunnelma oli taianomainen. Toivon saavani yöpyä paikassa vielä monta kertaa❣️

The apartment is located inside a beautiful traditional wooden house, set in a neat neighborhood with beautiful buildings, gardens and a stunning view on the lake. It is easy to reach the city centre by car (in a few minutes) or by bus. Parking is free in the adjacent streets, as long as you respect limitations and signs, that are clear and unmistakeable. The unit is small, but cozy, with a neat garden and a beautiful view.
The host, Virve, is very kind and helpful, always reachable and ready to intervene if needed! With some small changes (see below) this home can become a real jewel!
Overall cleanliness should be improved: sometimes a self-made housecleaning is not enough, and a professional one is in order, especially when you are hosting paying guests. In particular single use textiles should be white and stainless (beddings, towels,, etc), and non-single use ones (cushions, sofas, vurtains) should be very clean and/or covered in single use covers. The bedroom arrangement should be rethinked to be more functonal and allow the space for a proper extra bed. The bathroom shoul be designed from scratch, because at the moment it is really not suitable for a normal and safe use.
