Our room and bathroom were huge. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good - plenty to choose from for most people's palates. We thought this was a great value for the money.
Our room looked into some sort of airshaft and the windows weren't able to be open, but it was ok - it meant that the room was very dark for sleeping.

I would put a clear sign at the bottom of the staircase indicating that guests can ring for help with luggage … with a buzzer
I would take the plants off the staircase rail so that customers can avoid a fall by holding the rail
The coffee and tea should be free of charge for a four star hotel

The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. The place was super clean, room and bathroom were spacious, air conditioning worked really well, and position is great! We were two adults with a small child. The breakfast is included and is a really nice spread with a mix of savory and sweet. The only thing is, there are quite a few steps to arrive up the the hotel. All rooms are on the same floor. It wasn't an issue for us, but if you have mobility issues keep that in mind. We would most definitely return back!
Nothing!

Beautiful room at a very reasonable price! The staff were lovely and very helpful. Walking distance to the main part of town/restaurants without being right in the hustle and bustle.

"Très propre et récent. Proche de la rue piétonne avec un excellent petit déjeuner. Grande chambre avec un canapé."
