The apartment is in a safe gated area. It was clean and overall a good place to stay
Felt like the property was not prepared for arrival or our stay had to reach out to owner a few times for basics like code for gate, wifi password, and the heater provided did not work/out of propane during our stay in winter

Cleanliness
They could have supplied a small milk and small coffee on arrival, and soap for baths. The one electric fan was not working so if the weather is extreme, this may have been a problem.
