Location was handy. Owner gave great instructions and was on hand if needed.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Blinds let in a little bit of light - but nothing major for this time of year.

It was a wonderful stay, really enjoyed it. The bed were very comfortable and the bathroom super clean and modern same for the kitchen. Easy access to the rest of middlebrough even just by walking and Mr Raymond was very attentive to his guest. 10/10 stay really just amazing 👏
