Overall, it was a lovely stay. The room is minimalistic but has everything you need. The location is perfect for a beach holiday, with the beach just 2–3 minutes away. The balcony was a highlight, with a nice backyard view and flowers. The bed was comfortable, and having a washing machine was very convenient. The towel rack next to the shower was a useful little detail, and AC and the coffee machine were an absolute lifesaver for us! Also WIFI works well.
Unfortunately, the toilet wasn’t clean when I arrived. The toilet seat was also loose, and there’s a cabinet placed directly in front of it, which makes the space quite uncomfortable to use. The lid of the bathroom bin was broken as well. It would have been nice to have shampoo and shower gel provided. The coffee capsules sometimes fall through the machine, and a better quality corkscrew in the kitchen would be useful.

Good location, close to the tram, close to the beach.
Good price.
The girl with the keys was responsive, already there waiting for us.
Clean sheets, nice bathroom, the apartment was refreshed recently.
You have your kitchen, microwave and washing machine even if I don't think many people will use it.
The place was unclean; dust everywhere: under the bed, on the AC, on the floor, the balcony was not cleaned, rusted table.
TV was not working.
10AM checkout.
