The host gives immediate feedback, is efficient, caring, humble and friendly.
The availability of enough basic and quality necessities like drinking water, tea ingredients and cleaning stuffs.
Easy payment and affordable
Only external factors like the noise and such.
The security is kinda racially and/or religiously biased, was negatively profiled then asked if I'm going to work in the houses and to leave my identifications
The kitchen window and door leading to the balcony needs a better curtain because of the nights
