Location is very good, at start of strip and 10 minutes walk to beach. Modern apartment. Coffee and tea provided along with dish soap, dish towels, toaster and microwave. Even salt and pepper; nice touch. Great views.

Lack of wall sockets near beds. Not a big deal but would be good to have.

Super lokalita. V Protarasu jsme byli počtvrté, takže ubytování jsme zvolili hlavně kvůli umístění apartmánu - blízko pláže, blízko obchodu, restaurací atd.

Naprosto katastrofální vybavení kuchyně (viz foto). Když jsem potřebovala pobyt zrušit nebo alespoň přesunout na jiný termín, nebylo mi ani odpovězeno na zprávu - nakonec jsme tedy museli částečně vyměnit složení skupiny, abychom mohli přijet v původní termín. Celkově byla komunikace hned od rezervace dost neprofesionální.

It was our first time in Protaras & we wanted an apartment, not a hotel. These fit the bill perfectly as we could use the pool area of the Kapetanios Hotel next door, which was just lovely! The apartment was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool & sea. It has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning was necessary and good. The washing machine was a bonus. A bottle of water, juice and teabags were supplied, along with a selection of mini toiletries These apartments are located virtually on the strip, at the busiest end and at night it's very noisy. We were out late so it didn't bother us. If you love the tribute acts & cocktail bars then these apartments are perfectly located. Upon checkout the staff could not have been more helpful. Our apartment wasn't available for a late checkout but they let us use another one until we were ready to leave on our day of departure, which we really appreciated !! I would highly recommend these apartments

The bathroom was very small & could do with a shelf or some kind of storage for toiletries. The lift is very rickety and only carries 2 X people but that was never a problem

The fact that we could use the facilities at the hotel next door. There were good tv options in lots of languages.

It was not made clear in the description that the pool was in the hotel next door, that really shouldn’t be allowed. The property was not particularly well maintained, curtains were hanging off in every room, towel rail falling off in bathroom. Cleanliness was pretty poor, it was filthy under the sofa as we found out when we dropped something on the floor. It needed a bit more attention when cleaning, eg doors and frames needed wiping down, etc. The beds were ok but the pillows all need replacing, they were awful and very uncomfortable. Our deadlock on the door didn’t work from the inside. The lift is really scary and jolted, so didn’t like using it. In the whole week we were there, despite there being a reception desk we never saw any staff on site.
