View, location but disappointed by the second bedroom. We originally booked for 4 people but bed allocation was really for 3.
Lack of communication from the host after sending information that we would be late due to problems with train breakdowns.

Our stay at this apartment in Nice was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—overlooking the beautiful Promenade des Anglais with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Waking up each morning to the sparkling sea and enjoying coffee on the balcony was truly unforgettable.
The apartment was spotless, stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home.
Being just steps from the beach, wonderful cafés, restaurants, and shops made exploring the city effortless. Whether strolling the Promenade at sunset or relaxing while taking in the incredible views, every moment was special.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice. It was one of the highlights of our trip to France!

This is a lovely apartment with stunning views in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and with well appointed amenities
It’s quite expensive for what it is and it’s located in a very noisy area. Sitting outside on the terrace is a non starter
