This apartment was perfectly located near the historical center. It was two stories with a great layout. The washer/dryer functioned very well. The beds were comfortable and the living/kitchen areas were very nice. There is a large grocery store steps away.
The apartment was cold. I used the portable heater in my bedroom at night and that seemed to help.
I highly recommend this apartment.

This is one of the best spot to stay in Cusco. Closer to train station, pharmacy, groceries and accessible to transporation to roam around tourist places. The host is very responsive. There's some noise of constructions outside but so far the insulation of the hotel is good.
Highly recommended
