2-bedroom apartment for up to four guests. It is centrally located close to Plaza de la Encarnación and a 15min walk from the Cathedral.
The living area features a sofa, a central table and a window facing Alhóndiga street. Dining table and chairs. Just off the living area is the small kitchen, which is equipped with all main utensils and appliances - washing machine included.
The master bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm) and a balcony facing the street. The second bedroom comes with twin beds (90x200cm) and faces the inner side of the building. Between both rooms is the bathroom with double washbasin, wc, bidet and bathtub with a shower head.
Other features: smart TV, central air-conditioning (hot/cold) and Wi-Fi internet access.
The apartment has a surface area of 72sqm. First floor (second floor on the american scheme), with elevator.
