The receptionist was so lovely, offered to help carry my bag up the stairs, saying just ring the bell if I needed everything, gave me some extra milk/coffee supplies. The place was clean and the shower was good. Easy parking and a very quiet residential area. On the flight path but could not hear it with window shut.
