The property itself was clean and perfectly acceptable. The walls were thin, and the neighbors, loud. The TV volume could not be adjusted, and so was too quiet to hear. Oddly, though, I could hear the neighbor's TV just fine! An ok spot for an overnight, located near a beautiful park and close to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores.

It's the perfect place to stay if you want to hike Itasca State Park but don't want to camp. It's about a 20 minute drive from the south entrance. Cute rooms & very clean.
