We had an amazing stay at this ski lodge in Niseko. The service team truly went above and beyond for us and made our trip so easy and enjoyable.
It was our first time in Niseko and the staff were incredibly accommodating, even organising our private airport transfers, which made everything completely stress-free. They were always happy to help with recommendations and any questions we had.
The accommodation was very comfortable, we stayed in the quad room and it was perfect for our group. Breakfast each morning was great and a really nice way to start the day before heading out to the slopes. The Niseko United Shuttle bus stop was less than 5 min walk down the road.
Huge thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko!
