I had a really bad experience. Check-in information wasn’t provided until 4:15 when it had previously been said that it would be at 3pm. When I arrived I discovered that the bed was broken- the bed frame was broken and the bed sagged to the point you could not sleep on it. When I informed them, it took 2 hours for them to look at it and get back to me, at which time they said it couldn’t be fixed and there were no other rooms available. They said I needed to sleep on the fold-out couch in the room. This fold out was extremely uncomfortable with a very thin mattress. I ended up having to pull the mattress off the bed and sleep on the floor. When I communicated this, I was told a discount would be applied which will take 2 weeks to arrive. I believe I should have been refunded the entire cost. It is unacceptable to have a hotel room without a bed.

Great location and under the new management it seems that a thorough deep cleaning has been done. It is noisy from the bar below at closing time so be prepared for that if you choose to stay here. Perhaps a stove top kettle to boil hot water for tea would be nice.
