Inpan's beach resort Batticaloa

A Beautiful and Peaceful Stay at Inpan’s Beach Resort We had a wonderful and memorable stay at Inpan’s Beach Resort. The resort is located in a very beautiful, peaceful and relaxing environment, making it a perfect place to escape from the busy atmosphere of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the beautiful sunset from the resort. The scenery was absolutely stunning and gave us a very special opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The resort has a unique and charming atmosphere, with beautiful trees in front of the beach that provide a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the surroundings. The dinner was another highlight of our stay. We especially enjoyed the seafood and the traditional Batticaloa-style crab curry with rice. The food was freshly prepared with authentic local flavours, and it was one of the most delicious meals we had during our trip in Sri Lanka. The owner was also very kind and helpful. He even took us around the town in his own vehicle and showed us some of the local area. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and caring throughout our stay. We also appreciated the owner's patience and kindness when we had difficulty communicating in English. He took the time to explain things to us clearly and helped us whenever we needed it. This made us feel very comfortable and well looked after. Overall, Inpan’s Beach Resort is a special place with a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, delicious traditional food and genuinely friendly hospitality. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to other travellers visiting Batticaloa. Thank you to the owner and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would be happy to return again!

We truly loved our stay here. The staff Mr. Inpan who is the owner so welcoming and friendly, and the beautiful wooden cabana was definitely one of the highlights of the property. You can really appreciate the thought and creativity that went into its design, making the stay feel extra special and unique. The delicious seafood dinner was another highlight, but more than anything, we loved the peaceful and relaxing environment. With the beach just a two-minute walk away, it was the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy a quiet getaway.

Nothing

Inpans is unique. Smallish room which is good value. It’s clean, breakfast is simple. It’s probably one of the better places in town. The position is quite isolated the advantage it is very quiet It’s not beside the beach but down a short road is a very quiet beach. Swimming is marginal but it’s a great place for walks and to watch the fishermen

It is a bit isolated, tuk tuk had a problem finding it

Nous avions réservé une chambre qui ne nous a pas été attribuée. On nous a installé sous les toits à dormir à même au sol presque. Chambre très exiguë et mauvaise fois du gérant qui nous à informé que la taille de la chambre était la même que celle réservée. Au sol peut-être mais pas en général : voir photos. Petit déjeuner moyen et repas commandé non fait sur place. Plage et environnement pollués par les plastiques. ATTENTION aux belles photos ...
