Very spacious with all the necessary amenities, great calm location, great communication from the owner
a bit too humid but its normal for japan, putting the dehumidification helps but since its right on too of the bed, it gets a bit cold. The hallway to the door was a bit scary

秋葉原に乗り換えなしで行ける位置（5駅？）にあり、東京、上野や浅草などからも近い距離にあります。何か必要になった時に2駅隣の錦糸町駅にはデパートもあるので近くで買い物もできます。近所は静かでゆっくり眠れるし、変な匂いやエアコンがうるさいなどの不便はありませんでした。所在の平井駅はレストランも充実していたので、食事処には困らなさそうです。
部屋とバスルームは狭いです。値段が手頃なので、狭いのはいいんですが、鏡はバスルームにしかなく、バスルームにはコンセントが見当たりませんでした。なのでヘアセットアップなどに困りました。
