Die Lage war sehr gut. Direkt am Park und man konnte zu Fuß zum Strand laufen (30min). Lebensmittelläden und Bäckerei in der direkten Umgebung. Kostenloser Garagenstellplatz. Abunklungsmöglichkeiten im gesamten Apartment vorhanden. Im Apartment war es ruhig und es war sehr modern eingerichtet und hatte eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne. Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gab überall versteckten Stauraum. Smart! WLAN war einwandfrei.
Schön eingerichteter Distrikt mit Spielplatz und gepflegter Vegetation.
Keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon. Obstfliegen in der Küche. Teilweise starke Abnutzung an den Armaturen, vermutlich zu aggressive Reinigungsmittel.
Die Beschreibung mit der Garagenfernbedienung war unklar. Das Tor und die Garage ließen sich nur mit der Fernbedienung bedienen, obwohl in der Beschreibung stand dass wir die Fernbedienung nicht benötigen.

Lovely, well equipped, clean apartment, in good location in a modern complex with beautiful gardens. Didn't get a chance to use the gym but plenty of children using the play areas. About 30 minutes walk to the beach. Easy access to supermarkets and trams to city centre.
Great balcony but no outside furniture to take advantage of it. We would also have preferred to eat at a table with chairs rather than sit on stools at a bar (which was ok for breakfast but not for dinner). It would have been useful if there had been some information in the apartment about places to visit, which tram to take where etc.
