Great location, responsive staff, affordable, good for kids due to location near Margaret Mahy playground. Warm, clean, well equipped.
The wifi router is in the apartment next door, shared. We had internet issues but the team did give us an alternative wifi part way through our stay which was appreciated. There is building work happening opposite the apartment. It wasn't noisy but the scaffolding and builders wasn't the view we expected and made it a little less private.

A small thing but the bathroom fan ran on for quite a while, every time you put bathroom light on.

Clean and modern
It wasn’t specified that the bathroom was just an en suite and when there is 4 people staying people have to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom. No acceptable. When raised was told would have to pay to change rooms
