It is in a convenient location, restaurant and supermarket are pretty close, of course Blenheim Palace is pretty close. Rooms are clean and cozy. The host is very warm hearted. Definitely will return if I come to this area.

We liked the location and the property had most of what we needed.

Nothing major: replace bulb in bathroom as it was burnt, the extractor in bathroom didn’t work and the kitchen tab didn’t move and there was no hot water in the kitchen sink.

Great location, easy to keep in touch when we had to change arrival time and such a lovely garden, facilities and a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again such a welcoming couple of hosts

The property was close to the centre, a 5 min walk & was good for a 1 night stay

Strange set up where you had to walk through the house to get to the garden where the annex was, the couple had a very boisterous dog, luckily we like dogs but if you don’t then this could be an issue. Negatives were no hot water for sink & basin & liquid soap in bathroom had been watered down, I think a corner shelf in the shower would be beneficial to put shampoo, conditioner & shower gel on, & the only heating that I could see was a heated towel rail in the bathroom. I think that the annex is in need if a bit of TLC especially in the bedroom, a fresh lick of paint & some pictures would be nice. It needs a few more cooking utensils, a bigger kettle & bin in the kitchen, the fridge was very noisy too. Also, there was only 1 toilet roll provided, I messaged the hosts to request another 1 but received no reply! There was also no wi-fi, the code given did not come up on my list on my phone! We felt that there was no privacy as when stood in the kitchen washing up you were overlooked by the hosts in their kitchen!
