Everything was perfect
Specifically the bathroom and rooms were very clean

The location is convenient although your pickup and drop off point on the busy main road can be a bit tricky. The walk up to the Mall area is steep for the 1st 30pm then does level out., the upside is your return trip is all downhill. The view from the room was ok and would have been nice on clear days. The staff tried hard to please and the hot water was great. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
The wifi was woeful in our room, 5th floor mountain view, to the point where we had to use our phone data. The TV was a non-event despite the efforts of the staff and it was necessary to ask for basics to be provided - eg coffee, tea, hairdryer, water. No eateries or cafes nearby.
